Sonya's Healing Garden
Description
The cultivation of a mind/body connection, to spur personal growth and bring joy into daily life, is the focus at the Healing Garden. We offer integrated holistic and complementary services including life coaching, reiki, mind/body connectivity, meditation and nutritional counseling.
Featuring facilitated introspection with ancient eastern wisdom combined with a healing touch and a peek at your inner-self in the form of Wei Chi Healing (think reiki meets Dr. Phil).

Philosophy and Comments
Cultivating mind/body connection.
Nuturing personal growth.
Building community.
Harvesting joy.
The stepping stones are paths of introspection used to question and to ultimately understand patterns of behavior so that meaningful change can occur.
Awareness
The identification of limits and boundaries:
Are you looking for something, but not sure what?
Are you feeling stuck, yearning for a change?
How would you describe yourself? Your life?
Perspective
The exploration of how these limits impact your life:
What is enough?
How do you measure success?
Is this all there is?
Growth
The navigation through and past obstacles:
Where do you want to go? What's next?
What are you afraid of? How does this impact your life?
When did you stop growing? Why?
Balance
The cultivation of a new equilibrium:
How do you put your values into practice?
When do you know you've 'got it'?
How do you continue to honor yourself?
Peace
The appreciation of now:
How do you define it?
How do you embody it?
How do you live truth?
